Delivery, Returns and Refunds
Important Christmas Delivery Information and Royal Mail Strikes
We use Royal Mail for our free standard delivery service within the UK and worldwide. Due to the planned strike dates below and the high likelihood of resulting delays in delivery to you, we unfortunately are unable to guarantee any estimated date of delivery.
Royal Mail have advised that they will hold strike action on:
- Friday December 9
- Sunday December 11
- Wednesday December 14
- Thursday December 15
- Friday December 23
- Saturday December 24
Please note that delays are likely for the month of December if you choose our free delivery service. In addition, alternative delivery partners are also experiencing delays due to unprecedented demand.
As we approach Christmas, we urge you to choose our Next Day Delivery Upgrade (UK only) option to avoid disappointment. With this option, you can place an order by 1pm on Thursday the 22nd of December to ensure on time Christmas delivery.

Standard delivery is now FREE WORLDWIDE.
UK: Free standard shipping, approximately 2-4 business days
Rest of the World: Free tracked postage, approximately 7-10 business days
UK Next Business Day Delivery Upgrade £9.00
Order before 11 am (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
For our EU customers, due to Brexit please note that you may be liable for import charges once your order reaches you.
If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return them for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. The item(s) must be in its original condition (unworn, unused) and packaging. Unless the items are faulty, the customer will bear the cost of the return postage.
