Delivery, Returns and Refunds
Due to the current CoVid-19 emergency, Royal Mail and our delivery partners are running reduced / alternative services. As a result, whilst we publish approximate timescales below, we are currently unable to guarantee delivery times. We would like to reassure you that we process, pack and post your orders as we receive them.
UK Orders Over £100: FREE Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping (approximately 3-5 business days): £3.99
Express Shipping (approximately 1-3 business days): £8.50
Europe and the Rest of the World:
Standard Shipping (approximately 7-10 business days): £15.00
If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return them for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. The item(s) must be in its original condition (unworn, unused) and packaging. Unless the items are faulty, the customer will bear the cost of the return postage.
We regret that due to hygiene reasons we will not be able to accept returns of earrings, unless faulty.
