Rare, very old jewellery artefact.
This is an ancient medieval silver ring dating back to Ca 1400 AD making this ring approximately over 600 years old. This is a wearable silver ring with a very heavy band. There is a circular bezel decorated with a stylised cross surrounded by incised decoration.
Provenance: It was acquired from a specialist London gallery and is certified by an expert. It came from a private UK collection, then from an old collection from Oxford formed in the 1990's
